Faulty sleep log

My charge 3 is not logging all sleep. It stops Sporadically in the night at 1am or 3 am. Anyone have a fix? I have reset but still happening

@Trailblazer98 resetting your tracker is usually the first fix for most tracker issues. since you have already done that, is there anything happening at those times during the night that would lead your tracker to think you are up and ready to start your day? You can try changing the sensitivity on your tracker- do the opposite of what you currently have it set to. If nothing works and nothing unusual is happening during those times, you may want to start a chat with support to see if they have additional suggestions.
