Favorite stopwatch app for weight lifting

What’s your favorite stopwatch app for timing pauses between sets when lifting weights? Or for holding planks, cooking eggs etc.?

 

Mine (for Android) is called "Hybrid Stopwatch and Timer", by Javier Salmona. Here is the link to it on Google Play and its home page. I learned about it on this forum 3 years ago.

 

I’d be interested to hear about one for iOS, if/when I need to use my iPad for this purpose.

Sometimes I use the built-in timer in the my workout logging program FitNotes. Very basic but works. For more involved timers I use UltraChron. Those are on android. Mostly I just let the muscle tell me when it's ready, as I find my rest needs don't fit squarely into a set time.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
