Hi @Scott12  there's always a lot to see on a new forum. To add friends, start by reading this - click - article. It explains it.

Hi, it's great to see you around the Community forums, @Scott12. 

 

In order to add friends directly from the Community forums, you can click on a person's username > Then click on Go to Fitbit.com profile > And click on Add Friend. 

 

I'm sure you'll be able to find lots of friends to add and start new challenges. Here are some threads of the discussion forums where you can find many people to add as friends: 

 

Regarding the error message that you're receiving, could you please provide a screenshot if you're still having this inconvenience?
