Hi All,
I'm Brittany and I'm a 28 year old mom of 2. Honestly I have packed on some extra pounds at every major life milestone. Some for my wedding, and I kept a little baby weight each time. At this time I have about 40lbs to lose. I'm looking for friends to support me as I work toward my goal!

I am looking to lose 40 lbs. I was unable to exercise for a few years due to health issues. I had both knees replaced and have started doing circuit training and walkng again. I would love to have some friends. Please add me.

Hi Brittany.
Looks like we are in the same boat. How is your weight loss coming along? I would love to be a motivator and have some motivation for me too. 🙂 Feel free to add me. I'd love to keep each other on track.

Hi friends
Aim to be healthy, weight loss will follow. Don't focus on being at a fixed number, rather being in a healthy weight range. Try listening to your body when feeling hungry, when feeling satisfied (having enough).Your wonderful body will guide you to where it wants to be at (it's happiest healthy weight range) when eating to nourish until feeling satisfied (not stuffed), not out of boredom or loneliness.
Use a food plan as guidance, honor your body not forcing to have more food when it tells 'we're having enough'. Even when there's hundreds of calories left to eat, trust your bodies wisdom instead of the plan. When eating healthy nutritient rich foods mostly, honoring your body when being hungry, stop when being satisfied, it will take care of you not needing more, or when it needs a bit more it will tell you when trying to be in tune with your wonderful body and honoring it's signals.
Trying listening to which food it wants when needing nourishment, how much it wants.. to be satisfied quicker (it's possible to eat just to eat, but if really wanting a salad and having a pizza first, but your body not really wanting that pizza, it keeps asking for the salad, eventually eating the salad), not satisfied with the pizza.
When allowing your body the salad, your body is satisfied with the salad instead, not needing more, not having the pizza if it doesn't need in the moment. Eating less overall when allowing to have what your body truly wants, not eating something just to eat.
Have what your body nourishes the most in the moment when being hungry, enjoying every bite. Not eat to eat.. that lead to eating more overall..
It's possible being hungry but not knowing, when starting eating, your body can say 'more please', until feeling having enough. When not being so hungry, and starting eating, your body can also say 'nah, we're fine, not really needing more').
Our bodies are complex, they are clever, take care of us when trying listening to (no needing to count calories), let your precious body guide you.
Use the food plan as guidance, to see habits, change where desired, but listen to your body when not needing more.

HI Kay! I do not know how to add as a friend. Will post an inquiry and hopefully someone will explain it in terms I can understand.
I had a total knee replacement two years ago and had some complications. Now doing better and I want to get active. Would like to support and encourage you which I hope will help motivate me!
Good luck!
