So it's only 11:26 in the morning and I've only logged my breakfast. In the iOS app it says that my breakfast summary equals to 539 calories. But when I go to the dashboard, it says i've eaten 1,189 calories and that there are only 172 calories left in my budget. My goal is to gain weight but fitbit keeps miscalculating my calories and I always go over my budget. I am 37kg aiming for 45kg and fitbit also miscalculates how many calories I burn and I find it very easy to cheat. Please help, tell me if this is an error in the app or whether the words mean differently from what I understood. Thank you

You said you are using the iOS ap. Do you have the two accounts linked or are you adding calories into each? The only answer I had was that if you were logging in both aps and then they were linked, you could be double counting your calories. I guess if it was me, I'd just not worry about the FitBit allowance and just use the iOS program to keep track of calories if that's where you're entering them. I do the same with my MFP account. It says I can eat a lot less than FitBit, so I just use that calorie tracker instead of worrying about both programs.
