Fitness Friday

While most of my collegues will go to Happy Hour around 4pm today, I won't be attending- I'll be conditioning. Here's my plan for today:

 

(I remembered to bring my workout clothes!)

 

I work in a 20 story building, but will only be using 15 floors for this workout.

 

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 2, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 3, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 4, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 5, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 6, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 7, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 8, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 9, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 10, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 11, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 12, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 13, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 14, then go back down to Floor 1

Starting on Floor 1, go up to Floor 15, then go back down to Floor 1 and collapse on the floor.

 

This is 120 Floors, which should take about 20-25 minutes for me.

I am going to do a 3 mile run today once i get home. I love running more and more lately!

since Friday is casual day. I wore jeans and rode my mountain bike to work. My chest strap heart rate monitor says i burn a little over 300 calories one way. Need to dropl 5 pounds and i will be back to 8-9 percent body fat.

I also ordered the Charge HR and is on its way right now. Can wait to see the calorie readings compared to my Polar chest strap heart rate monitor.

Definitely wish I could ride my bike to work.  I live a LONGGGGGGGG way from work (about 45 miles minimum).

 

I'm conditioning for a competition in May. My weight on all of my lifts is really competitive. My cardio...meh. It needs work.

If only I could get outside. It's about 15F here. I can't wait until spring.

Very inspiring PaleoCrossfit!  I totally messed up today.  I tried to make up for it by walking tonight, but too little too late.  I am back on track for tomorrow though.  I have at least learned to pick myself up and get back at it if I mess up instead of quitting.  Thanks for the motivation!

Every day is a new day! It's okay to have an off day every once in a while. Saturday was definitely a HUGE lazy day for me!

My goal is to move a bit more than normal since I can't work out tonight and possibly tomorrow.

I hope! ! Yeah hope. .. that I can run enough and move enough to hit 15k-20k steps today. Trying to get 1st place in a challenge! ! I average 9k a day so this will be hard.

Wow that sounds insane!! My plan is for a relax friday because I do exercise classes from Monday to Thursday haha!

@gibberish that was what I did last week. I don't have time to do that today because my daughter has softball practice. Tonight I'll probably go for a run. We're having a fairly warm day today, so I want to take as much advantage of it as I can!
