Hey guys, I want to share with you something that i've discovered recently, on YouTube! If you're interested in how to gain muscle while incorporating cardio into your routine I suggest you check out a page called Athlene-X hes a retired nutritionist and fitness expert and worked for the NBA at one point.. Hes not paying me to write this but the man has got some seriously good and FREE advice that I wanted to share with those of you who are looking for effective methods, serious methods, none of that myth crap.. anyway, Enjoy! stay fit 😄

I don't think he's even retired, he was talking the other day about watching a client in the ring and figuring out things to improve in their workouts.
He has physical therapy background too, so very beneficial for the whole good form and useful exercise aspect of workouts.
