What gives you the stamina to get your exercises done. ?

well, it depends on the activity, but usually a combination of all including carbs. I usually run a few hours after breakfast which is a bowl of fruit and two slices of whole wheat toast (the light variety from pepperidge farm). That holds me through till I am done, showered and ready for lunch.

Hi guys! In my case, I just like to do cardio activities and some planks sessions. All I need to get these done, is some cereal or oatmeal a few hours before the workouts and lots of water.
