I started on this less than a month ago. I saw a photo of myself and hated how i looked. Got my fitbit, some clothes bands, etc.
today for the first time ni ten freaking years I jogged. not much! But 3/4 mile, non stop. power walked the rest of my mile and half path. I feel like i could collapse but i am so proud of myself.
1.56 miles, 16 mins!
2 months ago I was out of breath going upstairs

Excellent work! It sounds like you're making great progress. The best rests are from the collapse.
