Getting toned after my goal weight is reached! Help

I started out at 159.9 and now I am 137.0. My goal weight is 125 but im starting to think that even when I reach my goal weight I still won't fully be there. I think i am going to have to tone my core up. Any advice? Like workouts and how to achieve this?

Just find something (a quality exercise of course) you really like and stick with it.  I love Yoga, Pliates and Spinning.  All work the core muscles intensely.  I really like Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown DVD or simple weight training exercises using your own body (read: not just crunches) for days I am stuck inside (which has been all week...I am amid the ice-pocolypse).  Aerobics and Zumba are great for the core, too.  I have fluctuated greatly the last several years and I am trying to reach my goal and stay there this time.  It is all about starting something that you can do consistently, that you enjoy doing, and is effective.  Good luck!
