Nice temps and weather (high 50's to low 70's but with a cool breeze). Oak Mountain State Park is in Pelham, AL and is the state's largest park. Kept a good walking pace of over 3 MPH. After the Double Oak Lake Trail, Beth and I went to the Tree Top Nature Trail (aviaries for wild hunting fowl). Later on that afternoon, I walked and jogged around our neighborhood lake. All in all, worked off some calories, but the pollen is playing hob with my sinuses!
