I am doing Grit training 2 a week. Ones the strenght ons cardiovascular. How can I track these? It s a high intensity training so only weights does not cover it

This doesn't have to be too difficult to be accurate enough. If you are walking or running the whole time, use those exercises. Otherwise, use the workout mode. The heart rate monitor will capture the intensity and calculate the calories close enough.
You will know the intensity by the calories burned per minute. Steps will be counted in the background and your daily total will be accurate.
Many of us have shifted our goal focus to daily calories consumed instead of steps.
