Does anyone know what to do about syncing my FitBit Flex with my mobile app?
I have the HTC One, and when I try to sync using the FitBit mobile app, I get the following message: "There are known issues with Bluetooth 4.0 sync on your Android device". It adds a link to "learn more", but everytime I try to resolve the problem myself, I'm not able. So I have to go to the computer everyday to sync and see how well (or poor) I'm doing. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Hello @Noskee! I realize this response is a long time coming, but did want to take the time to address your post. I hope everything is working properly now. If you encounter the same issue, I recommend to turn off and on the Bluetooth, rebooting the phone, restarting the tracker to restore BLE functionality and making sure that you have installed the latest Fitbit app version on your phone.
