Has anyone set up a virtual run/bike ride on their fitbit? Is it possible?

Has anyone set up a virtual run/bike ride on their fitbit.   My sister and I are dieting together and we are going to ride/run virtually together to Florence Italy.  Was wondering if my Fitbit could track this somehow or if we need to go to another site like Map My Walk?

I've herd of people doing it using Google Maps, a quick search on google finds several sights that host Virtual Runs, also a couple of treadmills that connectup with GMaps.

Short answer it can be done I don't know how, I'll try and look into it tomorrow
