I just got Richard's Simmon's DVD "Sweatin' to the Oldies 2" from the library today. I've only ever done the original, which I thought I was getting, but I got this one instead. I don't remember what my impressions of the original was, but this one definitely gets you moving. I stepped 4,067 steps and burnt 387 calories. I probably could have burnt more, but I was limited with my locational space, and I didn't know what I was doing.

that's a great idea! YOu must have had a blast! With all the exercise videos out these days I'd forgotten all about Sweatin' to the Oldies. It sounds like a fun workout, maybe I'll check my library too!

I can still remember some of the moves from when I used to Sweat with Richard. I hear those songs and I could do them! I tried recently to do one, couldn't finish it, that's how out of shape I am. But for a good overall workout, they are fun.

I know that I was dripping sweat down my forehead when I was done. There were things I could even do because I was tired in sections, or had to be careful I didn't hit the ceiling fan.
