During my runs I often notice a "dip" in my heart rate that will quickly rise back to where it was and then another dip will follow. The image below shows an example of what I'm referring to in the green circled area. My question is -- are these dips normal? Is this something that I should have checked out by a cardiologist? I've been running for a long time now and I've taken this past year very seriously to find out what I'm capable of. The below run was @ 7:30 min/mile pace. At around 45 minutes I dropped to 8:37 pace. Also, this was recorded while on a treadmill with rolling hills setting. However, the green circled area wasn't affected by a lowering incline. If anything the incline continued to increase from 2.5 to 3.
Any insight is appreciated!

These are normal. Probably noise caused by the device.
