I'm looking to see if we can get some averages on heart rates. I get anxious when mine seems higher for doing things that shouldn't be considered exercise (like having a shower 😂) - or like a slow walk with the dog. I'm aware that this might also be a sign of just out so shape I might be in, or I see the slightly raised heart rate, get a little anxiety and then it's that, which keeps it higher than average.
I'm 41 - Male - Resting Heart Rate 61 - Sedately Life Style - 8+ Hours Sleep Per Night. Yet go for a slow
walk and I'm up at 110+
Anyone have a similar experience?

Hey there! here is a link that may help. it is a heart rate chart that may help you understand the different zones and what may be right for you. Keep in mind that HR changes constantly depending on weather, sodium, allergies.. etc.
