I was hoping if anyone could help me with reading the HR - BPM. I understand the basics, but was hoping that someone could further my knowledge. I want to make the most out of all the information my Blaze gives me!
Thanks!

@JonahV Welcome... From my testing of the Blaze HRM I can offer these observations.
1. The Activity Graph on your Dashboard has average BPM at 5 minute plot points.
2. An Exercise graph has plot point at about 2.5 to 3 seconds
3. If you create a Custom Activity you will also get about 2.5 to 3 seconds plot points.
4. In my case because Fat Burning starts at 72 bpm I get what I consider an "over calculation" of calories burned. With the Charge HR it used to spike while I was asleep to about 75 bpm, result extra calories. The Blaze has solidified that and I get no spikes now as you will see in the link below
See this link where I analysed sleep and then homed in on a section.
I have found the Blaze more stable on the spiking HR you see in many posts for the other trackers but I still have that problem when I get up from a sitting position and walk rapidly. The HR displayed is not what actually occurs with my genetics. I have a RHR of 49 and while I'm typing this it is 52bpm. I was gardening yesterday and the peaks were around 108 bpm but I was remiss in manually checking my pulse, but the effort was there. The Surge would have had me peaking at around 122 bpm.. So we have more control with the Blaze.
The peak in the link is when I went to the bathroom.
The graph below shows my gardening effort and when I analysed the first set of peaks the effort felt about right. Walking at a brisk pace my Polar has me at about 105 bpm and the gardening effort physically felt the same so I'm extremely happy about that and the calories were similar to the walking effort.
The lower graph was created by a Custom Activity.

@JonahV Glad I could help..
I forgot to add one thing.. I'm pre-hypertensive and check my BP each morning when I awake and the BPM on my Omron is within 1 beat of the Blaze. So I have found at low levels the Blaze is spoton...
Also no itchy rash after 6 weeks of 24/7 use with the Blaze. The Charge HR and Surge used to give me some irrritation when over the years I have never suffered irritation. I have put it down to lack of air circulation around the sides of the wrist and the band.
