Is it possible to see my heart rate in the Fitbit app while I am running? I get a lot of motivation by seeing when I am in the Peak zone but it is hard to see it on my watch due to the light. Anyone knows if I can track it on my phone while I am running or do I have to wait for it to sync after the fact?

Hi @silviaste It seems to work in iOS. Not sure if it tells you what zone you are in but as I type this I can see a pulsing heart icon on my app dashboard and it is changing occasionally from 67-60 bpm.

You can in android as well. As long as you have continuous sync on you can see your steps and HR in real time. As long as you are doing it for motivation and not tipping the scale to obsession- you are good to go.
