Hi, I recently have a stress fracture in my right foot. I know I am suppose to stay off it, but I have a wedding in September. When I got the dress I was a few lbs. lighter and gained it back. What could I do to loose the weight? Thanks for the help, Smilegirly

Wow that sucks. You really need to check with your doctor, make sure whatever you do doesn't prevent your foot from healing. You don't want to be carrying an injury for the rest of your life.
Swimming seems like an obvious exercise, alhough it always makes me extra hungry.
I can't think of anything else, except hopping which isn't really a mainstream sport.
And diet ..

Sorry about the stress fracture. I agree with Wolfrham - swimming would be an option. Others, if you have access to them, might by a stationery bike or horseback riding or possibly upper body yoga or pilates. Check with your doctor and/or a trainer (if you have or can find one) and see if they could provide a modified set of exercises.
