Get up early on a day you have off and break it into five 10K chunks. Try to get 10K every three hours.
If you can hit that rate and start around 5 am, you'll be done by 8 pm.
Mix it up. It doesn't have to all be athletic 4-6 mph walking/running outside. Go outside and do 2 or 3 miles while listening to music or podcasts or audio books, then come back inside and watch a tv show while you pace around the living room or on a treadmill.
Finally, while it is fun to go for the badges, you will probably realize that walking 15 hours or so is a good way to get sore feet/ankles and isn't the best way to achieve well rounded fitness. So do this kind of thing once and a while just because it is fun to go for the badge, but then get back to mixing in other stuff like weights, bike riding, swimming, stair climbing, body weight exercises, balance exercises .... 🙂
Have fun.

Hi @SunsetRunner
I'm not sure what we can say, other than walk/run more? But I'm sure you already knew that.
Two posts I've seen where people have done that many. One was a hiker that woke up at midnight to start stepping exactly as the step counter reset. The other one did a 22 mile run.

Strap your fitbit to some piece of moving machinery that goes up and down millions of times a day.
