After reading the discussions, I see anyone also doing TRX has trouble with logging the exercises. My question is: what do you do to log various TRX exercises? I have a sequence of 10 exercises I do regularly 4 times per week and then move into my aerobic walking, which the Flex takes care of. (I'm a 71 yr old male and have had quintuple by-pass surgery, if this would matter.)

Best AnswerAccording to new studies that gave results in METS, just like Fitbit uses.
https://sites.google.com/site/compendiumofphysicalactivities/compendia
Calisthenics moderate effort - 3.8 METS
Vigorous effort - 8 METS
Take your non-moving calorie burn per 5 min / 5 x minutes of exercise x METS = calorie burn to use.
Or see if they have updated the database with these newer entries.
I'd say vigorous, because the use of supporting muscle to do these body weight exercises increased the intensity.
