@SomeSort, if you are burning more calories than you are consuming, you will lose weight. As long as your heart rate is in the Fat Burn zone, you will be burning primarily fat, and when your heart rate moves into the Cardio zone, you will be burning fat & stored carbs. Losing the stomach is another whole discussion, though.

You lose fat if/when you are in a suitable caloric deficit for long enough, not by walking. Your deficit is determined by your total energy expenditure and your total dietary intake. Walking (and any other physical activity you may perform) willl increase your energy expenditure, making it easier to create a deficit (il will also improve your health). However, you’ll still have to control your eating (not only what, but how much you eat) to make sure you are in a deficit.
As to specifically losing your stomach, you can’t "spot-reduce" fat. Your body will "decide" what areas it takes fat from, and in what order. For men, the mid-section tends to be the area fat goes off from last.
A two-hour walk is a great start. The key to success is long-term consistency, so you’ll have to find ways of exercising and eating that are sustainable over the longer term.

Thanks, yeah im eating only healthy food and in small quantities
Just wanted to ask: does 2h/day is good enough? like i can walk whole month like this
Or should i *improve* my daily walk by adding some time or even some more steps/hour?
Thank you for motivation 😉

What is your goal? Without a clear goal it is hard to give advice.

I am with @Esya on this. I am not really sure what your goal is beyond losing your belly which Dominique explained is not a feasible objective since spot reducing isn't normally possible. If you are overweight and your goal is to lose weight, then you would need to ensure that your calories in and calories out are monitored and you have a deficit. Eating healthy in small portions- doesn't really do it. There is a lot of healthy food out there that is so high in calories that even small quantities prevent weight loss. Not to mention... labels alone proclaiming something is healthy, doesn't make it so. If you are trying to improve your fitness, then just walking over time will not be enough, if you are hoping to build muscle- that is a whole other topic.. give us a little more detail so we can give you some good ideas...
