Did you mean:

Hmm Is this normal??

So my resting Hr seems to be around 66 per fit bit.

i had a baby 3 months ago & need to lose 20-30 pounds to lower my BMI .

My hr when walking can be from 120-130s easily.

last night when walking on the beach it was like 140/150s is that normal?

I do get out of breath but my cardiologist mentioned the possibility of being out of shape lol

(I did have previous tachycardia but I’ve had a full work up. My resting hr was going to 115 at some times just taking it at the doctors)

now when  I sit down it easily comes down:

@Trying2getfittt  Great to see you in the Groups already.. Wendy and I have been around for a few years and have benefited from the Community and our Fitbits.

This link shows you the effort for Walking with different terrains and efforts including carrying weights..

A value of 1 is your body at rest (BMR) so you can get the feel of the effort with your 15 lb child..

Keep it up and your cardiologist will be happy..

@Trying2getfittt  Use this link and get an idea of the zones.. It's worked out on the calculation 220-your age.  Learn about the fat burning and cardio zones..

I went for a brisk walk today and I peaked at 143bpm.. My maxHR is 141bpm...

Also your RHR will vary and you should look at that in context with your Cardio Fitness score..
