Hourly Activity

I joined the FitBit community May 29, 2015 and have been an avid FitBit person.  Over the years I have updated my FitBit to the latest and greatest regularly.  One of the features I uses daily and hourly is the Hourly Activity of 250 steps an hour for 13 hours during the day.  On all devices until now, the hourly count started at the beginning of the hour.  I ordered a Versa 4 for Christmas and immediately returned it for the Sense 2 because it did not give you the steps needed until 50 minutes after the hour.  The Sense 2 (which cost twice what the Versa 4 cost) does the same thing.  Why would they go backwards on a program that worked?  My husband's cheaper Charge 5 works like all my previous devices starting the step count at the beginning of the hour.  I am ready to return the Sense 2 and go back to the older model that works as it should.  I will have to comment since my husband upgraded to the Charge 5 his sleep does not record correctly giving him no credit sometime for an hour or two in the middle of the night and splits his sleep into two sessions.  So disappointed in both.  I have argued with my Apple friends that FitBit was the better product.  Guess I will have to apologize to them.

Join the club. I hear so many people complaining about Sense 2 and Versa 4, I stick to Sense(1) or Versa 3, or 2
