Hourly Step Goals

I wish the hours moved (hourly step goals), was just to get "X many" hours instead of having to get them at specific times.

@Suaves   Users have asked for different variations in the hourly step goal ever since Fitbit introduced it.  Fitbit has no plans to change it from its current format.  Sorry.
