I try to weigh myself everyday at the same time using the Aria scale and I find my weight jumps up and down by two pounds but if it's up then my body fat reading is low. Today I weighed myself at 158.3 (up 2 pounds) with a body fat reading of 14.5 (I was 18 yesturday). I'm 5'9 34yr old female that's pritty active. Any help or suggestions would be appreachiated 🙂

See this post by @MatthewFitbit (Fitbit staffer) about consistency vs. accuracy.
As to your body fat %, 14-18% would put you in the Athletes category:

Thanks for your help 🙂 I just hate seeing the weight increase even though I know muscle weighs more than fat.

Honestly muscle does not weigh more then fat, just like a pound of feathers weigh the same as a pound of lead, muscle is just denser. just go by your lean body mass. Even though you maybe will gain a pound your clothes will feel loose. just go by how you feel and your clothes fit. Believe me obsessing over the scale is the worst. I use to do it and drove me nuts

How accurate is it? Scales are accurate at measuring total weight. Body fat, not so much. Your body fat doesn't vary 4% day to day, like your scale suggests. Your weight does vary several pounds across a day, due to water changes and things like food and elimination. As your water % changes, it confuses the body fat measures in the scale.
Your BMI is around 23, which is considered healthy. Look up BMI charts to see what weight range is considered healthy for your height. If your body fat percent really is as low as your Aria scale says, you must be very muscular to be that weight.

It is true body fat doesn't vary that much from day to day. You can obtain consistent body fat measurements with the Aria (at least in my experience), provided you always use it at the same time of the day and in the same conditions.
Here is my own measurement history for the past 17 days, everything is between 15.4 and 16.8%:
The hydration level of my body is at its lowest in the morning, as I don't drink at night and use the bathroom right after waking up.
