I logged my run as 45 minutes, but I cannot find where the seconds are supposed to be? It definitely was not 45 minutes exactly. How do I find this on the app? Was not a problem with the old design, it seems to be with the new update, seconds do not show 😕

Well, I will bother. It is fine to stop supporting old hardware, but you can not leave it broken in the last update.
Imagine if Microsoft disabled file exploring or internet access in their last update to Windows 10 - it would cause an uproar and probably quite a few lawsuits.

I sent it back and got my money back as it was sold with a given functionality that then didn’t work and they hadn’t fixed it - so under UK law they had to refund me. I got a vivo active 5. So much better. Battery life is much better, stats, customization. And the time shown with seconds and minutes. As default. Fitbit is dead. They just haven’t announced it yet.

I know you’re replying to a fellow user but I also sold my Fitbit Luxe three weeks ago and got a G@rmin. I got a Forerunner 55 and I’ve never been happier. It’s clear that Fitbit is just for tracking your steps and sleep.

if you google UK law - UK gov website explains it needs to remedy any faults or defects else it needs to offer a full refund, (as it was attempted to tell me it was out of the 6 month period - but they still haven't fixed the fault even after 12 months...
As a commercial organisation - having people leave or get refunds for dysfunctional products might appeal more than morals..as Google has clearly lost theirs.
You must offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to.
Check when you have to offer refunds and accept returns.
Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price.
