How do I get the most out of my Flex?

I would like to know more about other apps that have better food logs, running tools, activity trackers, etc. that sync from iPhone 5 to flex... I would also welcome tips on how to use the Flex too!

I use myfitnesspal for food since it has a much bigger database than fitbit. It also has more food from my country, which makes it much easier to log. No need to write up every nutrient of every food myself. 🙂

I don't have many tips, other than use it! All the time..
The only times I don't wear my flex is in the shower or pool (even if that works too).
