How many consecutive days of getting your goal??

I am wondering how many consecutive days you have been getting your goals (Step, distance etc) that you are doing? I am 143 consecutive days of getting 10,000 steps a day. I feel that I have it in me to get 150 days then 200 days. How abnout you?

Hello guys, I see you have some great suggestions to be implemented in the Fitbit trackers and software. These are all awesome ideas, please make sure to share them in the Feature Request board so then can be taken into consideration by the developers. Happy stepping!  Smiley Happy

I was going to go look at a calendar and figure it out, but I remembered that if you go to your Badges page and hover over a badge, it will tell you how many times you've earned that badge and the last date you earned it. If you know you're hitting your goal every day, that's a way to keep count of total elapsed days. I know I've hit my goal every day, which is 91 badges worth.

115 days (from the first day I switched on my Surge!) with 10,000 steps or more.

So far today: 16,180 and there will be many dance steps for line dancing/new year's eve party later...and a good start for 2016 since the party will go well into the morning!

Have a great 2016 Paradise.Smiley Very Happy

I'm one of those people too!  Even if we're traveling I make sure we stop so I can get my steps in.  I'm going to hit two straight years next month.

Congratulations to all who maintain such streaks of consecutive days!  🙂

For my part, even though I typically average over 20,000 steps per day over a one month period, there are always a few days sprinkled in there where I don't get even close to 10,000 steps.

You have some great stats @shipo, almost all of your days are in green, congratulations!

Staying on the 20,000 daily step goal can certainly be a challenge, it is normal to miss a few days every month, happy stepping. Smiley Happy

I'm at 37 days of consistency. Of course, I have a bit of a kick in the pants to make my minimum. I'm signed up at the Pact app, and if I don't make my goal of at least 10,000 steps, I have to pay them $5. I generally don't have a problem getting my steps in, but this incentive does help just a little bit.

That is fantastic. I'm up to 417 days and still going strong. Slightly addicting

Congrats on a Great Job!!!!  I am not consistent.  I am more active than I was when I first started ....but have a long, long way to go.  You are an inspiration to me.  Keep up the good work.

Right now, I'm doing okay. I had a couple of slip-ups in the last couple of weeks where I didn't make my 10,000-step goal. But I'm going to try to go for an entire month where I get 10,000 every day.

You guys are amazing for continuing to hit a goal for so long! I just hit my goal when I hit it and will often push myself a little harder to get the steps in, but to actually keep track and to try and hit 100 days (for example) of consecutively hitting it is a great idea, I'm going to start now!

But, I do agree with Mukluk4, if you are hitting your goal for such a long time, it looks like it's time to up your goal. Maybe adding an extra 10% every 100 days, for example? Setting your daily goal to just 1,400  steps higher is whole extra days worth of steps every week - Think of the health benefits there! If keeping up your 10,000 steps continuously is tricky then by all means carry on, but hitting such a great milestone is surely a great sign that you able to take it even further! You've inspired me to try and hit a streak now, but I know that if I hit 100 days I'll definitely be upping the steps to keep myself challenged and to give myself a refreshed goal to hit!

My streak is at 628 days and while I get the minimum of 10,000 per day, my average is 15,300 over the course of the streak.  Some days are harder to get than others (i.e. travelling, work committments, weather, just plain tired) but I disagree that a long streak means that the daily target is too easy and should be increased every 100 days.  I get motivation from (i) the streak, (ii) beating my friends from week to week and (iii) throwing in the ocassional extra challenge - i.e. my best day was 137,000 steps (not a typo).  The health benefits are clear as I haven't had a real sick day during this whole period.

I'm at 415 days streak of 10,000 or over.  I am also that crazy person walking around the house to make sure I don't miss my goal!

I haven't reached my step goal this much. The past week I was on a trip and sick, and I'm still sick, so I am barely just getting on my steop goal. When I started reaching it constantly when it was 9k, I upped it to 9.5k. Once I start hitting it more rgularly (which I'm sure I will once I fully heal), I'll raise it to 10k... ect. I prefer to keep raising whenever I hit it regularly in order to lose weight. Once I hit my target weight, I'll stay more co nsistent.

Whats your Streak now? I am on one of 182 days!

@Nessa1234

I do that too, but last Saturday I just had too little time to myself to get it done. I just started hitting over 10K consistently since quite recent and so my streak was 39 days. Before that I always struggled and my average was 7K. Congratz on the 415, that is an awesome streak.
