CAn you go for a walk or do a treadmill before work?
After work I would not worry about. I would rest the feet.

Oh that's a rough work day @Mh15634. How about instead of finding ways to get more steps before or after work, why not doing them while working? Step in place or make short walks on your shift? I try to use the stairs instead of an elevator and I go for a small walk during my break and lunch. ![]()
