@jdluvr06 You learn to take the long way from the parking lot to the office or store and you learn to walk in place while waiting to check out at the grocery store.
At home, when you do laundry, it's one towel to the linen closet and then back to the dryer for the next one.
Many walk in place while watching tv or cooking.
You can do this. Give yourself more time and you'll come up with lots of ideas.

Dancing. Like Beyonce. Any change you get.
Side-stepping instead of standing still.
Standing up and walking in place, doing leg lifts, leg kicks, or anything like that during commercial breaks.
Started with a Flex. Now have ChargeHR.

@jdluvr06 Welcome to the Community! I'm sure you'll find many advice in the thread that @_daniel_ shared. Personally, what I do is that since I'm always sitting I try to stand up at least 5 times during the day to get some water and I go and take a walk in the whole office, meaning that I walk at least 5 minutes let's say in the whole office which helps me to take a break from work and get some extra steps in.
