How to turn off messages like "You're in Cardio"?

When doing excersize with FitBit, how can I turn off these notificaitons like "You're in Cardio"?

 

It's quite annoying, I'd like to see my pulse but all I see is these nonsensical messages 😞

Hello @akosmaroy 

 

It depends on your band. For my Charge 4, on the band, swipe right until you find Settings, select it, then swipe down until you find Active Minutes notifications and turn it off.
