I need to know which would be better for me to use....the One (clips to you) OR a Fitbit on my wrist.

Please help me.

Personally I chose the One to track body movement, not hand/arm movement.

It really depends on you.

I choose the one as I dont need anything else on my Wrist.

The One is my preferred option as it counts hight (in 10ft blocks) as flights of stairs. The Flex does not do this function and has 1,2,3 or 4 dots as it's device  display. The One has alphanumeric device display.

The Flex is more waterproof and you can set targets, but the One is more  informative.

I love my One.  I can clip it to my jeans, skirt, knickers, bra, whatever and it is hidden.  It shows the numbers on screen too which I prefer to progress dots.  I can't recommend it enough 🙂

A 'one' is less obvious, and can be worn under clothing.  The downside, its all to easy to leave it still clipped to the same pants/shirt when they go in the laundry!   Personally, I prefer the wrist version.....in addition to not accidentally putting it through a wash/dry cycle its a visible reminder to move.

I use the One. I tend to lose bracelets etc. I find that if I clip the main portion of my One INSIDE my jeans with the clasp on the outside (reverse of what you see) even if it gets dislodged...it falls into my jean pocket, but it isn't lost.

Good luck!

I like the one because you get the instant feedback of looking at the numbers on the unit.  You have to use your smartphone or computer to read your results when you have a flex.  Your fitbit doesn't always instantly sync so you end up not getting the up to the second step count.
