I am logging my specific 4mph walking on MFP but worried that it means my calories will be duplicating?

Hi

I entered my 45min specific dog walk on MFP at 4mph.  It changed my fitbit calories on MFP.  Does this all work out in the end??

Thanks in advance.

@tiggys I'm sorry that your post went without a response for so long. I'm not sure if this is your question. However, that does count as an activity. It may not count as an intense work out like running, but it involved fast movement and it created steps, so you burned calories.
