I have the Goosebumps movie on my computer and a pair of Bluetooth headphones. I turned on the movie, and hopped onto my elliptical. I thought I would try and see if I could do the elliptical all the way through the movie. Didn't quite make it, but I did manage to snag 48 minutes and 5000 steps. I'm slowly working my way up to an hour and more.

@Baltoscott - I don't know about that. For some reason, I was thinking of the movie Titanic while I was on the elliptical. I know that's not going to happen anytime soon. Titanic is like 3 hours long.

You might have to do Titanic in 2 or 3 goes.
I've been listening to the Harry Potter books on audio as I do my walks. Start getting a little sucked in and next thing you know an hour has passed!

I started listening to 'A Woman's Place' By Lynn Austin. It's set in Michigan during World War II. It's about 4 women who go work in the ship yard to help with the war effort.

@WendyB - I almost did the elliptical to a whole episode of Cake Wars. The theme for that week was How To Train You Dragon.

@Baltoscott - I think my next movie might be Midnight Madness. It's a old movie, but I love the music, especially at the beginning.

@CRSunrise @WendyB @Baltoscott I went to see the Conjuring 2 yesterday in theaters, which was a pretty scary movie if you ask me.
It was fun looking at my heart rate spikes afterwards and comparing it to my friends' heart rate to see who was the most scared. I wasn't the most scared, but I was a close second.

@DerrickS - I'm not one for horror movies. The only horror movies I've watched is the original Poltergeist trilogy and the Evil Dead trilogy. I did watch the Gremlin movies, but those were more SciFi/Comedy.

Then for me it's Vertigo while on the treadmill and M*A*S*H when doing free weights. 😉

I really enjoyed reading the suggestions here. At the gym, I position myself in front of law and order on sundays (elliptical day) and when the episode is over- I have my workout and I know if the killer was convicted.
On a side note, the only two scary movies I saw from start to finish is the Exorcist- which still plagues me (the scene with the spinal tap- I close my eyes and I can see it frame by frame - ick) and the Blair Witch Project. We watched the Project at home on DVD when I was 8 months pregnant with my first. I refused to go to the bathroom alone which was right down the hall from the living room. My husband had to take me. Ridiculous.
