I have trouble keep up using Fitbit since I can't use it at work at all.

I am very struggling using Fitbit when I forget to put the Fitbit watch on and off. I can't use them at work. I don't know how to set up the goal for that.

Hi @purplemarie1980 Welcome to the forum. Let's start with a few questions, so I can better help you. What type of tracker do you have? What is the main goal you are trying to track (steps, distance, sleep...). Depending on your goals and when you plan to wear your tracker, you may want to set up your reminders to move during a limited time (perhaps in the evening after work).

maybe the watch version is not for you. maybe the inspire clip is better.
