Ok, so it seems like you're a Flex owner? The tracker goes in the band and the band on your wrist.

 

Holding the band where you see the niche area, put the tracker into the band with the arrow (printed in white on the tracker) facing the darker colored area where the lights appear. Slide it in, pushing it into the niche and make sure that it is securely placed.

 

That ought to do it!
