Hey everyone!
Since that I live in Canada and we have winter for a lot longer then any other season. I was walking the last couple of days and there was a lot of ice. I started looking around for products that I might be able to use to combat ice and snow safelty. I bought this product on sale and it attaches to the bottom of my shoes, made of rubber and has studs in it. I went and tested it out in our alley that has ice and snow. I ran up and down the ally, no slipping or sliding. There was gravel, sand, salt burried in it so that gave me some more traction. I figured for some of you that might have issues in the ice and snow like I do, it might help

There are also studded running shoes on the market called "icebug" They have different styles. I have been using them for years and they work great as well.

Thanks for sharing @JeremyWeremy ! Also, terrific username. When I was in college, I strongly considered purchasing a pair of these, just for walking around campus. It's treacherous on hills when you're traipsing around on unsalted terrain. I wish there was snow here in the winter...alas, 50 degrees is still considered a cold day in the Bay Area...
