Hi everyone, I play competitive basketball and can't wear my tracker during games or practices. When I manually log a 90-minute 'Basketball' session, Fitbit estimates around 150 calories and a cardio load of 2. These numbers are a tiny fraction of the actual physical output for a high-intensity game.
Has anyone found a way to log this more accurately? Is there a specific activity type or a workaround you use to ensure manual entries reflect the actual toughness of competitive play?
