I am a therapist so I sit for the majority of the day. I am wanting to increase my fitness level and am working towards weight loss for now. I have the Charge 2 and absolutely love it! I used the interval training program on it last night for the first time and it was fantastic! I am looking for ideas of high intensity at home workouts I could implement when doing the interval training (goal is 3 days a week of this). I have a treadmill, eliptical, Weider-Pro home gym, heavy weight bag, two 3 lb weights, yoga mat, and large medicine ball. Any ideas?

Have you searched YouTube?
I just did and there are several there. Some for treadmill as well. You could narrow the search by Interval training and the equipment you have as well.
