Interval traing freqenly resets to default settigs - Charge 3

I have a fitbit charge 3, and have set one of my exercise shortcuts to Interval Training. I then used the web dashboard to modify the intervals to 30s + 30s rest x 20. However, periodically (sometimes days, sometimes weeks) the intervals get reset to the defaults (15s + 15s reset x 49). Every time that this happens, I have to login to the web dashboard, reset my interval settings, then sync with the app. Very frustrating.

Yes, I have tried resetting the FitBit. Yes, I have tried rebooting the phone. Yes, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the FitBit app. This seems like a bug, not user error or something that should be fixed by reboot.

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with custom settings. Can you remember if it happens when you get the notification that an update is available or has been installed? I'm thinking it might happen when new software is installed. The more the can troubleshoot this, the better it is to understand if it is indeed a bug.
