Is it ok to be at my peak for 5 minutes?(184bpm)

 For 5 minutes I was at my peak (184bpm Im 19 y/o)

for 7 minutes I was in cardio and 4 minutes fat burned. My average was 139bpm but. This was from my bike ride earlier. I almost passed out ! My hearing went loss and I tried getting up several times but came down. I honestly thought I was dying I had to be laid down flat, my dad thought he had to call the ambulance. Is this ok or is it because of the heat? (I was drinking plenty of fluids though)

If I understand your post correctly you almost passed out. Was this the first time this happened to you? I passed out quite a few times during my teen years and into my early twenties and never saw a doctor about it and grew out of it. Once was caused by the heat. If it was simply (almost) passing out and it does not happen often, I would personally not be too concerned. However, I cannot say from behind my pc if you are ok or not without having spoken to you nor am I a doctor. If you are concerned I suggest seeing a doctor.

First off, Thanks for taking the time to read and answer my question!

I hope someday I can grow out of it like you did. Yes I almost passed out but I was able to stop it by recognizing symptoms before losing complete consciousness due to past experiences. This is unfortunately my 3rd time.

my 1st time was in middle school having an early morning run for athletic department i nearly blacked out but this was in The cold though.

My 2nd was from a road trip where not much food was available and after the road trip I ate a nice big dinner and breakfast but it took me a day and half later for me to pass out afterwards due to low blood loose sugar possibly from not eating much that day.

Now this is my 3rd time and hopefully my last

When you recognise the symptoms sit down. No matter where you are, just sit down. I once sat down in the middle of a parking lot. It will lower the chances of passing out drastically as well as lowering the risk of hurting yourself if you still happen to pass out. I once passed out halfway up the stairs at home, but as I recognised the feeling I was already sitting down and holding onto the railing, preventing any further harm. I passed out more than 3 times due to various reasons, ranging from heat to being sick to shock of slicing some skin of a finger. Seeing your age and how often it is happening I think our experiences might be very similar. I think you will grow out of it, but as I said in my first post, if you are concerned then do see a doctor about it. It never hurts to have it checked out.
