Is it worth it to buy a treadmill, or will it become an expensive clothes hanger?

ANSWERED

I go to the gym and I use their treadmill, but I think to myself that I would use it more frequently if it was sitting in my living room.  I could walk/run while watching TV, listening to my tunes, whatever.  But I also see friends who use theirs as lawn art, a place to hang clothes, or inevitably, on Craigslist.  What do you think?

Running at home on a treadmill beats running outside in extreme temperatures and harsh weather like heat waves, rain & snow. But also metrics such as time, distance, pace and calories burned can be measured.

I don't think you should base this on money, but rather on what would be the best thing to do for your health! I have an incline trainer and yes I use mine whenever I am home watching tv. I found an article that I think would help you make a decision!
