When I go to the fitness center I used several excercise machines with weights. For instance when I use the leg extension machine is there a way to determine the calories burned? It is easy when I walk on the treadmill or elliptical because the machine calculates the calories for me.
Also what does the check mark in front of some of the posts mean?
Thanks.
