Journey to Planche

This is my workout log to give myself one more reason to keep doing it.

 

I aim to do Planche which looks pretty awesome

 

below is my body weight and bodyfat.

For next 10 days I will do below exercise.

Due to weight, I probably need an extra calorie burn program.

 

I can't run now as I am still struggling with ankle injury.

 

So, I will walk instead.

This is my 2nd day of my journey to Planche.

 

had same exercise as yesterday.

 

It is much harder today.

 

I used knee protector as I have very weak knee after the injury.

 

I am also doing 24hr fasting. 

 

So my first meal will be my dinner at 6 PM today.

 

I hope time flies today.

I finished my long Thursday.

 

I had to take several rest during my workout as I still have weak knee and neck.

 

However, I could walk a lot better now.

same workout as yesterday but very very low level strength.

I panned to have 24hr fasting but I only did 21hr.

 

Egg Tart looked so nice and I still can't resist it.

about 1kg reduction today.

I didn't do planche work out yesterday but I took my bicycle instead.

 

It was good exercise as I am still recovering from my injury.

 

today I resumed my workout I had to take rest several times.

 

but it is good to back on the track.
