Kickboxing Circuit = Jumping Rope

My GF and I do fitness weekly challenges to keep us motivated, whoever wins the challenge gets to choose a Together time and this week the challenge is Steps so to get ahead today I did a 1 hour kick-boxing workout outside 😀. A circuit of Jumping Rope + Shadow Boxing + Running is a perfect combination to increase your steps 😝. How's everyone staying motivated?

wow that is pretty impressive. I never thought you could get that many steps like that. when I lift, I jump around so I do get some steps, but your results are terrific. So, who won??

Thanks @emili! These past few weeks my GF has been busy with work so I've catched up to her so I won ;). 

I also jump the rope in between sets because I find it's a great way to squeeze some cardio but with the gyms closed, I've been finding other ways to workout.

What are you up to since you can't lift?
