Kind confused

I Alright I’m a 14 year old male and I have some anxiety issues. So today I’m checking my resting heart rate and noticed it is declining pretty profoundly (Fitbit versa). I started at a resting of 72 and it’s dropped to 66 in about 4 days, but it recently been dipping under 60 slightly. I’m a swimmer and a jogger but have taken a break because of Christmas, I guess I’m just kinda confused why my resting hr has been dropping even thought I haven’t been that active... I’ve had an ekg recently (possible heart murmur) and the doctor said it was fine. Again it could be just cause my stress has decreased but my sister is more active than me and here resting hr is like 70 (she’s 4 years younger). My stats it say I’m in the average to fair on Vo2 so I’m kinda confused because that doesn’t correlate to my resting hr.

One possibility is that you were not getting enough rest and/or training too hard before.  While true that exercise does generally lower your resting heart rate, that's a gradual effect seen over longer periods of time.  I would expect your relatively rapid drop shows the rest is doing you good.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
