Labor Day Work & Walk

Being a U.S. Holiday, Labor Day, I decided to labor by cleaning out the garage. Then, I had to take a truckload of excess collections to the recycle center.  After sorting & dropping off everything, I decided to take a short walk around town. Turned out it was shorter than I anticipated, but it was nice weather and a nice walk. Hope everyone enjoyed the day, and got their steps in!

And, this is the only wildlife I saw on the walk...a Frog Band!

Hate when it happens. But I can always tell. Told DH to go on but he wouldn't

I hate when that happens, too, @WendyB! 

I blew out my flip flop,
Stepped on a pop top;
Cut my heel, had to cruise on back home.
But there's booze in the blender,
And soon it will render
That frozen concoction that helps me hang on.
