Logging tabada work outs and resistance band workouts?

Any suggestions for how to log these work-outs (and weightlifting, I suppose)?  I'm guessing that fitbit will not track these for their true caloric burning value because few steps are taken relative to the actual burn.

You should create a Custom Activity for Tabata.

If you use a HRM to measure your calorie burn, you can enter that number in the Calories Burned.  If you don't have a HRM, the attached article gives average calorie burn per minute for men and women:

Weightlifting is included in the list of activities.  It will use its algorithm to calculate a calorie burn.
